According to Mark Schwahn, everyone has signed on for season 7 except for Chad and Hilarie. So we can expect to see Lisa in the next season of One Tree Hill

On a personal note, I agree with Mark that although it would be great if Chad and Hilarie decided to stay, the show can go on without them. That is my humble opinion, but I sincerely hope they stay.
